Orb Distribution is one of Australia's most dynamic companies within the hair, beauty and gym industries, and we are looking for people who can take us through our next stage of growth. We are looking to recruit a motivated, organised, experienced Sales Executive. The successful candidate will meet and exceed targets and drive revenue generation.

 

This is a fantastic opportunity for a reliable, experienced and commercially astute Sales Executive to make a significant impact on an exciting business that’s growing fast.

 

 

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

 

  • Drive sales and actively pursue new business to meet and exceed agreed sales targets.
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the Australian Head Office (Brisbane).
  • Manage existing key accounts, wholesalers and relationships with colour brands.
  • Provide training and education to clients as required.
  • Identify and grow new business sectors.
  • Report on weekly, monthly and quarterly basis as agreed.
  • Represent Orb Distribution externally e.g. at networking events, conferences and exhibitions to enhance and strengthen the company’s profile
  • Attendance at trade shows (as required)
  • Travel (as required - Interstate)

 

 


 

EXPERIENCE

 

  • Salesforce or similar CRM essential.
  • Hair, beauty and/or gym industry experience (preferred).
  • 3+ years sales experience
  • Cold-calling experience
  • Customer-care experience

  • Highly -motivated, persuasive, influential and self-confident
  • Strong communication and influencing skills
  • Commercially astute and customer focused
  • Cold-calling and customer-care skills
