Returns, Refunds and Cancellations Policy<\/h2>\n

Shipping<\/h3>\n

Orders received before lunchtime, that are in stock in our Global Headquarters warehouse, will be posted and should be delivered in 5-10 working days. Orders received later than that or over a weekend, will ship on the next working day.<\/p>\n

We ship Canadian orders with An Post and their delivery partners, Canada Post.<\/p>\n

Delivery costs to Canada vary from CAD $15 for cartons weighing between 0 – 7.99 Kgs and CAD $ 250 for orders weighing over 100 Kgs.<\/p>\n

Cancellations Policy<\/strong><\/p>\n

Orders that have not been processed can be cancelled. Simply login to your account on the Easydry website, email us or simply pick up the telephone.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Returns & Refunds Policy<\/strong><\/p>\n

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We\u2019ll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).<\/p>\n
